The A+ is an Internationally recognized course that teaches hardware and software skills. It is developed directly from the COMPTIA A+CE and reflects the type of skills that are needed
to excel in the role of a Computer Support Professional. Network+CE certification proves that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to install, manage and troubleshoot a variety of networks on any platform.
Many companies have made CompTIA certifications mandatory for their security professionals. The U.S. Department of Defense
recognizes CompTIA certifications in its technical and management tracks for information assurance technicians and managers under DoD Directive 8570.1M.

CompTIA Certification Exam
A+ Essentials 220-701 Exam (Passing score: 675)
CompTIA A+ Essentials measures the necessary competencies of an entry-level IT
professional with a recommended 500 hours of hands-on experience in the lab or field. It tests for the fundamentals of computer technology, networking and security, as well as the
communication skills and professionalism now required of all entry-level IT professionals.
A+ CompTIA 220-702 Exam (IT Technician designation pathway) (Passing Score: 675)
The 220-702 exam is an extension of the knowledge and skills identified in A+ Essentials,
with more of a "hands-on" orientation focused on scenarios in which troubleshooting and tools must be applied to resolve problems.
Please note -The CE designation is CompTIA's new continuing education program.
Effective January 1, 2011, all new CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+
certifications will be valid for three years from the date the candidate is certified. To renew the certification, candidates can take the latest version of those exams or enroll in the CE
(Continuing Education) program.

The instructional staff is the best in the business... bar none. They are completely knowledgeable in every aspect of our field. The administrative staff is more than
accommodating; your every need is fulfilled, from lodging and meals to the smallest detail (I was wondering how my favorite baseball team was doing. Within thirty minutes, I had the
current MLB standings at my desk!).

learning takes place. With this class you were put into an atmosphere where you had no choice but to learn.
As a student, you think for yourself, so when you pass the test, a good feeling of reward

The whole environment is geared to learning. All of your meals are ordered before you arrive,
there are no distractions at all, you are learning/studying from 9 in the morning until whenever YOU decide to quit at night. The instructor is available ANY time you need him, testing is
completed on site so you test when YOU are ready, all of the staff is DEDICATED to your accomplishing your goals.
Make no mistake about it, receiving your certification is very difficult. I could not have attained my goals in any other environment.
I have never been around any other group of people that were so dedicated to me. It really is unbelievable and hard to put into words. The staff of the school really care about you as a
student, individual, and friend. The staff of the Fernwood resort treat you like you own the place. Just can't say enough.
Coming here was the best thing I could have done. The staff, facilities and training materials were incomparable. I recommend this course to anyone who wishes to advance in their
