Product Return Policy
All return products require an RMA Number. RMA Numbers can be obtained by calling customer service at 800-617-5586.
CD Training - 30-Day Guarantee on CDs- can view up to 50% of one course on (1) one CD. If more than one CD is opened, refund policy is voided.
Online Training - You can view up to 2 hours of training within 48 hours. If any portion of a course has been downloaded, refund policy is voided. If more than 2 hours of training has
been completed, or more than 48 hours has lapsed, refund policy is voided.
AutoCAD Training - You can view up to 10% of the training course before registering the DVD
course online. Once the course is registered it can not be returned.
Live Classes and Boot Camps Refund Policy
Class tuition is only refundable up until 14 days prior to commencement of class, upon receipt of written notice. Once past that date, class tuition is non refundable. CISSP and other (ISC)2
classes, require 21 days notice, for any changes or cancellations.
We do not accept responsibility for covering travel, or any other costs incurred by registrants should the class be canceled for any reason. The event program content is subject to change
without notice. As classes are not confirmed until two weeks prior to the start of the class, please make your travel plans accordingly, in case of cancellations.
