Designing Cisco Network Service Architectures ARCH Training CCDP Certification
Description
Our training course for ARCH CCDP certification prepraes you for a career in deploying voice, video, and mission critical data into the enterprise network. Cisco networking has become more
complex today than ever before. To respond to this challenge, network designers must constantly update their skills and awareness of new and emerging Cisco technologies. This critical
training course, ARCH in Cisco network design teaches students to perform the conceptual and intermediate design of a
network infrastructure given enterprise business and technical requirements and constraints. The learner's
infrastructure design should support the desired network solutions over intelligent network services and should
achieve effective performance, scalability, and availability. The student will learn the fundamental aspects of
network design addressing, quality of service, security, network management, fine-tuning routing protocols,
switching structures, and IP multicast. In addition, this course provides solution models for aspects of the network
that are strategic to today's customers, including IP telephony, content and storage networking, and wireless networking.
Audience
This course should be considered by any System Engineers or users of Cisco equipment responsible for designing network solutions. It is also critical to any individual interested in Cisco Career Certifications - especially those
interested in the Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) certification.
Training Prerequisites
Prior to taking this course, students should be familiar with internetworking technologies, Cisco products, and Cisco IOS features. Successful completion of the following courses and degrees (or equivalent experience) is
strongly recommended:
- CCNA Certification
- CCDA Certification
Upon completion of the Designing Cisco ® Network Service Architectures ARCH course, the student will be able to:
- Present the Cisco AVVID framework, its segmentation of the network infrastructure, and intelligent network services to support key enterprise network applications and network solutions
- Create conceptual, intermediate, and detailed enterprise campus network and Enterprise Edge infrastructure designs that offer effective functionality, performance, scalability, and availability
- Create conceptual, intermediate, and detailed intelligent network service designs for network management, high availability, security, QoS, and IP multicast
- Create conceptual, intermediate, and detailed virtual private network designs
- Create conceptual, intermediate, and detailed wireless network designs
