Training Class Description Cisco Course v4.1 | CallManager Software v4.1 CMBA
Our enhanced 3-day course delivers the skills you need to add, move, change, and troubleshoot IP telephony devices. Learn the skills required to support IP phone users
and identify network and server impact when administering changes. You will also configure the latest Cisco CallManager (CCM) version 4.1 on a Windows 2000 server
platform with Cisco 7960 & 7961 IP phones, IP SoftPhones, and Catalyst® switches with in-line power.
We offer a unique, real-world CMBA lab environment that teaches you how to build and test a sophisticated IP telephony network that you can use as a template for a real
deployment. We have set ourselves apart from other Cisco training providers by enhancing our CMBA hands-on labs to include a real dial plan and Class of Service
