CWLF Training Class Cisco Wireless LAN Fundamentals v1.0
Training Class Description Learn to configure and manage both autonomous and lightweight wireless networks in our CWLF Class..
In this 4-day course, you will learn the fundamentals of Cisco's wireless LAN (WLAN) technology through instructor-led training and instructor-assisted, hands-on labs.
Explore the concepts of autonomous and lightweight access points and controllers, network management solutions, Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7920, voice-over-WLAN,
and security. You'll also cover configuration and management of both autonomous and lightweight wireless networks.
To participate in the hands-on labs, please bring a laptop computer running Windows 2000 or Windows XP with an available 32-bit Cardbus slot and either a 9-pin serial port
or USB-to-serial adapter. You must have administrator rights to the laptop to install the drivers for the wireless card.
Audience Cisco system engineers and field engineers working in the wireless field who possess wireless basics and want to learn
more advanced concepts; network administrators, network engineers, network managers, and technical sales personnel
who want to offer their customers the most innovative and comprehensive suite of WLAN solutions in the industry.
