Cisco ICOMM Certification Class Training for the CCNA Voice
In this hands-on Cisco ICOMM Class, administrator-level training class, will get an introduction to Cisco's UC systems and its
components, including:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- CUCM Express
- Cisco Unity Connection and Presence
This class will cover telephony features supported in CUCM and CUCM Express, including the administrator and end-user interface options, and you will learn to configure the most
commonly used features. We will teach you how to maintain your system, performing tasks such as daily administration, moves, changes and adds.
The ICOMM Class v8. introduction to Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration 640-461 certification exam is linked to the CCNA Voice certification. This exam tests a
student's knowledge of the architecture, functionalities, components, and features of the Unified Communications solutions. It tests your understanding in performing tasks such as
system monitoring, moves, additions and changes on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unified Communications Manager Express, Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified
Presence. The ICOMM class will prepare the student for this exam 640-461.
