Training Class Description We have combined UCSAE comprises of two Cisco Authorized Unity courses (UCSA
and UCSE).This comprehensive program designed to give the most complete coverage of the Cisco Unity software available anywhere.
This intense course prepares telephone system administrators and engineers to install and manage the Cisco Unity Unified Messaging server, formerly known as the
ActiveVoice Unity product. Unity is a true Unified Messaging solution that allows users to integrate their voice mail, email, and fax messages into a single message
store. Users of Microsoft Outlook for email may also manage their voice mail via Microsoft Outlook with Unity's Voice Mail for Outlook (VMO) client access software.
Utilizing text-to-speech technology, users may listen to their emails over the phone with the Unity system. Faxes may be forwarded from the Inbox to an external fax machine.
Audience PBX installation technicians, PBX administrators, network engineers, network administrators, and database administrators who install or support a Cisco Unity network.
Upon Completion of this course you will learn

- Unity Administrator, status monitor, and system set up
- Addition and deletion of voice mail subscribers, global, and default settings

- Description of Unity turnkey systems, adding memory to server, configuring modem, and a discussion of the configuration and technology of voice boards
- Install Unity software, install and test TSP Driver

- Port configurations for dual integrations, PBX integrations, IP integrations, and communicating with Unity
- Exchange directory messaging concepts, custom Unity attributes, message delivery and directory replication, intra-site and inter-site messaging
