Cisco CVOICE and QOS Boot Camp Class CCVP
Training Class Description
Master Cisco's Voice over IP CVOICE and Implementing Cisco Quality of Service QOS in just 5 days! We have taken our Authorized Cisco Voice over IP and Implementing Cisco Quality of
Service courses and combined them into a 5-day Mini Camp. This accelerated learning initiative will not only help you gain solid knowledge and skills, but will drive
you toward your CCVP certification or any of the four Cisco IP Telephony Specialist certifications in an accelerated amount of time for less money!
The Authorized Cisco QoS course gives you the knowledge and skills required to design, implement, and troubleshoot Quality of Service (QoS) on a network. The
course combines the key elements of the previous DQoS v1.0 and QoS v1.0 Cisco courses to address the essential QoS technologies and applications for both Service
Provider and Enterprise networks. Successful implementation of the techniques taught in this course will have a
dramatic impact on critical network application performance. We've enhanced our labs beyond what you'll find in a
standard Authorized Cisco QoS course. Students work with real VoIP and real data rather than simulated voice and
data. Labs include voice calls between Cisco IP phones and HTTP web page downloads and FTP file transfers from a
server to student workgroup PCs. Traffic generators are used to inject additional simulated traffic into the lab environment to cause network congestion.
Audience Network professionals interested in deploying state-of-the-art QoS techniques to support multimedia traffic and
technical professionals responsible for VoIP including voice/data integration would benefit from this course.
This course is recommended for technical professionals pursuing CCVP certification or any of the four Cisco IP Specialist Certifications.
Duration Class begins each day at 8:00 AM and may extend until 8:00 PM. Note: Students should expect class to run late into the evening on most days. In a typical Mini Camp, it is not
uncommon for some students to remain past 8:00 PM depending upon the class size and experience of the students.
Exam Vouchers Included with the Mini Camp: (1) 642-432 CVOICE (1) 642-642 QOS
