to configure and service HP server products, as well as how to perform the needed service. To meet this goal, field service engineers should be able to:
Demonstrate ability to quickly and accurately find HP service documentation and product-specific information.
Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to use HP service resources in configuring, upgrading, and servicing HP desktop and workstation products.
Demonstrate technical proficiency and skills by working with HP products in a lab environment. Demonstrate logical troubleshooting skills by problem recognition, problem isolation, solution development,
and testing for proper operation.

Servicing HP ProLiant server products training focuses on using service information resources, utilities and diagnostic tools to install, configure, troubleshoot and repair ProLiant server products. As a foundation for the
diagnostic process the student will become familiar with the technology, features, component layout, and service considerations for ProLiant server hardware. Classroom instruction is augmented and reinforced with
a series of lab exercises that provide the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience with HP ProLiant server products and tools. Class Prerequisites Server +
