HP Indigo Press 4000 Maintenance and Repair
The FSE maintenance & repair training program is a hands on course. The course focuses on the operation, interaction and theory of function of the mechanical, electronic, process,
pneumatic, fluid, heat transfer, PLC, motion control and substrate transport systems on the HP Indigo ws4000. Participants will learn how to apply theoretical knowledge, hands-on
troubleshooting and maintenance skills to resolve problems, install SW patches and implement hardware field change orders.
Prerequisites
A person who meets requirements for the FSE course has a background of
Performing repair, troubleshooting, preventative and corrective maintenance on complex electromechanical devices and computers.
Has successfully completed the FSE training program for the HP Indigo press 3000.
A minimum of four months experience the 3000 Press is preferred.
Audience
Qualified HP Indigo digital press CEs from HP Indigo distributors who will be required to perform service routines that include repair, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and preventative
maintenance on the ws4000 press.
