An introduction to the most prevalent ITC Frameworks, and how to use them to comply with key regulations covering the following topics:
- Quality Management: Quality standards as applied to IT domains
- Quality Improvement: Proves improvement, performance/otherwise
- IS and IT Governance: How to organize IS/IT function in terms of roles controls, responsibilities
- Info. Management: Perform and organize aspects of IT domains
- Project Management: Project, program and portfolio management
- Standards/Regulation
IT Risk Management
We define four types of IT Risks: availability, access, accuracy, and agility. This program enables:
- A solid foundation of IT assets, people, supporting processes and controls that enable executives to then manage the right risks in the right order
- A well-designed risk governance process including oversight by high-level executives, which allows companies to identify, prioritize and track risks.
- A risk-aware culture, nurtured from the top, that attunes people to the causes and solution for IT risks and creates increased vigilance all around.
