ITIL v3 Intermediate RC&V and OS&A Capabilities Training Boot Camp Certification Class

During this 9-day ITIL Certification Boot Camp, you will learn the practical aspects of the ITIL v3 Service Lifestyle and processes associated with the Release, Control and Validation and Operational Support and Analysis of services and service delivery. The main focus of this course is on the operational-level process activities and supporting methods and approaches to executing these processes in a practical, hands-on learning environment. You will live, learn, and test on-site. 

This course qualifies you for 8 credits towards earning your IT Expert certification

Certification Prerequisite

 Candidates for the ITIL v3 Intermediate RC&V and OS&A Capabilities certification are expected to have:

  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate
  • Two - four years of IT experience not required, but highly desirable
