ITIL Intermediate Boot Camp Training Classes SO&A for Certification
During this 7-day Boot Camp for certification training for the ITIL Intermediate SO&A Capability and SO Lifecycle, you will learn the practical aspects of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated
with the Service Offerings and Agreements of services and service delivery. You will learn overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Operation phase of the Service Lifecycle. This
course covers the management and control of the activities and techniques within the Service Operation stage, but not the detail of each of the supporting processes.
This certification course is designed using an engaging scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and positions you to successfully become certified. You will live, learn, and
test on-site.

Training Prerequisite
Candidates for the ITIL v3 Intermediate SO&A Capability and SO Lifecycle certification are expected to have:
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate
- Two - four years of IT experience is suggested
