Using Notes and Notes Mail

     identify the main features of the Notes client and their functions, and navigate the Notes 6 interface.
     open a Notes 6 database, list common database elements, and use the bookmarking feature.

     create an e-mail message in Lotus Notes 6, select addressees, and add attachments.
     send an e-mail message and select delivery options.
     manage incoming mail in Notes 6.
     create and manage Lotus Notes Mail.
     identify how to add appropriate formatting, hotspots, and tables to a memo.
     include tables, links, and formatting in a memo.

Using the Calendar and To Do List features, and TeamRoom Collaboration

     enter reminders and appointments in the Calendar feature in Notes, and set up e-mail and audio notifications.
     use the Calendar tools to coordinate and plan group meetings.
     manage meetings that you have scheduled and meeting invitations that you have received, and allow other people to access your schedule information.
     create and track tasks in the To Do list and create entries in the Personal Journal.
     create entries and tasks using the Calendar and To Do list.
     configure TeamRoom databases and create new database documents.
     create and respond to documents in a TeamRoom database.

Personalizing Notes 6 features

     recognize how to add contacts and groups to the Personal Address Book.
     manage contacts and groups in Notes 6.
     create contacts and contact groups in the Personal Address Book.
     identify how to use mail preferences and stationery in Notes 6.
     recognize how to filter mail according to rules and create an automatic out-of-office reply for incoming mail.
     change mail preferences, create a rule, and set up an out-of-office reply.

Using Notes 6 Mail Remotely

     identify the different ports, modems, and locations used when traveling with Notes 6.
     create a database replica in order to work on databases remotely.
     identify the methods that determine replication schedules and the creation of partial replicas in Lotus Notes 6.
     access Notes Mail remotely using a replica, configure replication settings, and replicate the replica.

 iNotes

     access and work in iNotes.
     subscribe to, open, and synchronize a database using iNotes.
