This course uses the "Learn by Doing" paradigm to ensure that as a part of your learning experience, you practice concepts and procedures covered in this course in a real life environment. All practice sessions contain diagnostic and/or prescriptive feedback that reinforces learning and enables remedial learning. The courses simulate software so you do not have to purchase expensive software to complete the learning experience.

Each title in this course consists of job aids such as quick reference guides and glossary of terms. Quick reference guides are used to detail new features, comparisons, additional facts / data / information.  The glossary provides definitions of terms used in the learning material.  Each glossary item has related terms available as hyperlinks to provide for easy navigation while you reference.

In addition to the two titles, the course also includes a Workout. The WorkOut is an exercise to test the learning on the procedures covered in the course. It provides two sets of questions that simulate the software environment. Each session comprises 44 randomly selected questions. The learner is able to take this test (WorkOut) after completing both the titles.
