Six Sigma Certification Training Boot Camp Class Green Belt
In this 7-Day Six Sigma Green Belt Training Camp, you will earn your Six Sigma
Green Belt and learn to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the cause of errors and variation in manufacturing and business processes.
You will learn how to use a set of quality management methods, including statistical methods, and become part of a special infrastructure with an origination who are
experts (Green Belt, etc.) in these methods. Each Six Sigma project follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified financial targets (cost reduction or profit increase).
Through our partnership with SixSigma.us, Our Boot Camp's Six Sigma Green Belt program provides the following:
- Access to course leader with extensive project experience
- Project consulting support during each training week
- Included up to two hours of project start up assistance by voice and email prior
- Certification review of Green Belt project
- Certificate after project acceptance
- Student data files and Six Sigma templates

Six Sigma is an integrated, disciplined proven approach for improving business performance.
- Six Sigma is a management methodology driven by data.
- Six Sigma focuses on projects that will produce measurable business results. For example GE Capital saved $2 Billion in 1999 using Six Sigma.
- Six Sigma is based upon improving processes by understanding and controlling variation, thus improving predictability of business processes.
- Each participant, called a "Belt" is required to have a leadership approved project prior to training.
Six Sigma asserts that –
- Continuous efforts to achieve stable and predictable process results (i.e. reduce process variation) are of vital importance to business success.
- Manufacturing and business processes have characteristics that can be measured, analyzed, improved and controlled.
- Achieving sustained quality improvement requires commitment from the entire organization, particularly from top-level management.

Certification Exam Track
Our Boot Camp Six Sigma Green Belt program is based upon the Six Sigma strategy for improving processes by
understanding and controlling variation, thus improving predictability of business processes. Six Sigma Certification requires both projects and training.
Each participant, called a "Belt" (either Black or Green) is required to have a leadership approved project prior to training.
Green Belts are project leaders who receive our Training Camp training on the Six Sigma Roadmap and essential
elements of statistical methodologies supporting Six Sigma projects. Successful Greenbelts are able to allocate 50 percent of their time to their four to six month Six Sigma Project.
What is a Six Sigma Project?
- "A problem with an unknown solution"
- Projects must be aligned to organizational priorities
- Depending on the organization, have value at least $50,000 for Green Belts.
- Projects can also be directed to high priorities metrics not only money.
- Be scoped so can be completed in 4 to 6 months
- Follow the Six Sigma Project Roadmap.
- Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control or DMAIC
- Normally Six Sigma Projects are reviewed before the completion of each phase.
- Help create a learning organization by documenting completed projects.
- Project savings be signed off by finance
