**RETURN POLICY
Live Class Refund Policy
- For full refund, class or boot camp must be canceled via email or fax at least 14 days prior to start of class. CISSP and other ISC2 course cancellation period is 22 days due to arrangement of
tests via ISC2. Class schedules are subject to change or cancellation.
CD-ROMS - 30-Day Guarantee on CDs- can view up to 50% of one course on (1) one CD. If more than one CD
is opened, refund policy is voided.
Online - You can view up to 2 hours of training within 48 hours. If any portion of a course has been
downloaded, refund policy is voided. If more than 2 hours of training has been completed, or more than 48 hours has lapsed, refund policy is voided.
AutoCAD DVDs - You may view up to 10% of the training before registering the AutoCAD DVD course online.
Once the course has been registered it can not be returned.

This Unix Basic training curriculum course is designed to cover the essentials of the UNIX operating system. You will be trained

Networking environment and how to secure systems from local and remote security threats. Our training also incorporates how to manage UNIX clients, the administration of the network
services and performance monitoring and disaster recovery strategies and techniques. Shell Scripting is explained, learn how to create simple shell scripts using shell commands, how
to use variables, operators, and text editing tools. Line commands and programs will be covered and learn how to perform basic tasks involving files and directories. Get trained in
using the Vi text editor and print documents. The course is intended for IT professionals working in a UNIX environment for the first time.
