ZenWorks Training Course ON CD-ROMS
 ZENworks for Desktop v3 is a product that makes network
administrator's lives easier by allowing them to lockdown workstations, deploy applications, and many other time saving tasks. Additionally, this series also looks at the underlying
components and processes of ZENworks for Desktops 3. At the end of the series you will know how each key component of ZENworks works. Finally, a troubleshooting approach is given for
those times when you need it. Such tools as log files, packet trace analysis, and debug file are discussed in this context.
Course Training Instructor: Jason Blackett
Jason Blackett is the Chief Technical Engineer for Novell Eduction. He has been involved with the ZENworks for Desktops product since its inception. He worked for
Novell Technical Services supporting customers for 4 years and now brings this experience to his instruction.
Jason is the co-author of LogicSource for ZENworks and the author of LogicSource for NDS for NT. Additionally,
he develops advanced technical training materials on Novell's client and management products which he then delivers direct to the customer.
