UCCXD Certification for Cisco Unified Contact Center Training Class

cisco uccxd  training class by netwind learning centerThe UCCXD Cisco Unified Contact Center Class for Certification Exam 642-165  has been updated to prepare you for Exam 500-052 UCCX. Our 5-day training for Unified Communications Contact Center Express v5.0 is associated with the Unified Communications IP Contact Center Express Specialist certification track. This exam will test a student's understanding of the design, implementation, and operation of  Contact Center Express v9.0 deployments. A student  can prepare for this certification exam by taking the Deploying Unified Contact Center Express & Unified IP Interactive Voice Response Deployment (UCCXD training class), which is based on the UCCX v9.0 release.

In the Cisco UCCXD Class, you will learn the fundamentals of Cisco's Unified Contact Center Express v9.0 (CCX) product and all of its associated client applications and scripting tools. Your training class will cover CCX components, servers, deployment options, and clients. The class will also  cover how to perform a capacity planning, choose the correct product features, and install the product.

The certification training class will put major emphasis  on the CCX Script Editing tool, which allows administrators to script the contact center's caller experience, including queries, recordings, menu input, digit string input, and database operations, through the system. You will cover the Agent Desktop, the  Supervisor Desktop, and the Desktop Administrator to optimize the Call Agent's desktop display and options, supervisor optimization of the call center, and reporting options and customizations. You will learn about the  Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-To-Speech (TTS) technologies and investigate options for troubleshooting.
